Implants
Dental Implants are a complex procedure that provides a replacement tooth to restore functionality and aesthetics. Local anaesthetic will be given prior to the operation.
Multiple sessions over a span of a few months are required with your dentist to ensure treatment completion.
As there are certain requirements for this treatment option, we advise you to discuss with your dentist if this treatment plan is suitable for you.
Whitening
Teeth Whitening is a cosmetic treatment option that whitens the color of your tooth for a more aesthetically pleasing look.
Treatment can be done in the chair or with take home kits at your own convenience. Please consult with your dentist for more information and advice.
Crowns & Veneers
A Crown is a cap that replaces a tooth’s structure. This treatment is provided if the outer tooth structure is too severely damaged but inner structure is still safe.
Veneer are tooth attachments placed on healthy teeth that only improve the overall aesthetics of your teeth shape. Local anesthetic maybe provided before treatment.
Multiple sessions are required for the completion of this treatment.
Braces & Aligners
Sometimes referred to as Traditional Braces, fixed braces use metal brackets, wires and elastics to fix the position of your teeth arrangement.
Treatment duration would be over a period of months to years where you will be required to visit your dentist over the course of multiple sessions for the best results.
After the course of the treatment, you are will be given a set of retainers to ensure your teeth do not go back its original arrangement.
Clear Aligners are a more aesthetic alternative to fixed braces with similar outcomes. Clear aligners are also commonly referred to as Invisalign and Angel Aligners.
There are certain requirements to clear aligners and we suggest you discuss with your dentist if you are suitable for the treatment of your choice.
Similarly, treatment duration would be over a period of months to years where you will be required to visit your dentist over the course of multiple sessions for the best results.
Extractions
Extractions straightforward operation that involves the removal of teeth. To numb your sensations, you will be given local anesthetic before extractions.
Surgical extractions are more demanding operations that require the dentist to expose more of the teeth surgically due to the difficulty of tooth removal.
Local anesthetic would be given to numb your sensation prior to extraction and please inform your dentist if you are on blood thinning/ anti-coagulant medication so that they can advise you accordingly.
As this is a surgical operation, treatment cost is Medisave claimable.
Scaling & Polishing
Scaling & Polishing is a routine cleaning treatment that removes plaque and tartar as well as giving your teeth a smooth finish.
We advise patients to visit their dentist every 6 months for a regular check-up and scaling polishing.
Root Canal Treatment
Root Canal Treatment focuses on the removal of the pulp of a non-vital/dead tooth, to prevent further damage by bacteria. Local anesthetic will given before treatment.
Multiple sessions are usually required for the complete removal of pulp, bacteria and to restore the tooth.
